Journo Portfolio ("we," "us" the "Company") allows you to earn rewards for signing up users who go on to subscribe to a paid plan with the Referral Partner Program. We reserve the right to terminate the Program at any time for any reason. The Program is administered by Journo Portfolio.
These terms ("Terms") apply to a Partners participation in the Referral Partner Program and you agree to comply with these terms by participating in the program.
Partners receive a referral link that can be shared with friends or in blog posts, newsletters etc. When someone clicks the link and creates an account with Journo Portfolio that user is attributed to the Partner. The Partner account will receive a credit worth 50% of the payment amount for any payments made by attributed users within the first 2 years of account creation.
The credit value will vary with exchange rates as our plans are offered in various currencies and at various prices. Journo Portfolio is fully responsible for calculating the value of all credit assigned to Partners.
You must have a minimum balance of $50 USD to receive a cash payout. All Partners are subject to verification before payout and will need to provide a valid name, address and where applicable business details and payout bank details. These details will be subject to verification and any checks required by law.
Unless prohibited by law, Journo Portfolio shall not be liable to any Partners for failure to supply any Credit or any part thereof, because of any acts of God, laws, regulations or governmental orders, equipment failure or terrorist acts.
Unless prohibited by law, Partners agree that under no circumstances will they be entitled to any awards for any losses or damages, and they waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential and any other damages.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
Journo Portfolio may prohibit or remove anyone from the Program if they are deemed to undermine the fairness, integrity or legitimate operation of the Program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Journo Portfolio users or are otherwise acting in a manner which may bring Journo Portfolio into disrepute. We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time or disqualify any Partner at any time from participation in the Program if they do not comply with these Terms.
